Official Rules – Chauvet & Sons, LLC Win Gear That Sleighs Giveaway

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning. Void where prohibited by law. 

SPONSOR 

The CHAUVET DJ “Win Gear That Sleighs” Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Chauvet & Sons, LLC, 3360 Davie Road, Suite 509, Davie, FL 33314 (the “Sponsor”). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram or Facebook), or any other third party not explicitly named as a sponsor. 

OFFICIAL RULES 

These are the official rules (“Official Rules”) governing participation in this Promotion. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 

 Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Official Rules or acts in a manner inconsistent with the Sponsor’s brand or reputation. 

ELIGIBILITY 

This Promotion is open only to individuals who: 

• a) are legal residents of the Netherlands or the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, Hawaii Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and U.S. Virgin Islands)
• (b) are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. 

Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. 

PROMOTION PERIOD 

The Promotion begins at 9:00 AM ET on December 3rd, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 17th, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer clock is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion. 

HOW TO ENTER 

To enter during the Promotion Period, you must complete the following step: 

1. Visit chauvetdj.com and complete the giveaway entry form at chauvetdj.com/giveaway, including your full name, email address, city, state, birth year.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. Entries that do not meet the eligibility requirements or fail to follow entry instructions will be deemed void. 

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or human error. 

PRIZES 

There will be five (10) winners selected at random. 

• Two (4) winners will each receive one (1) GOBOZOOM2
• Three (6) winners will each receive one (1) CODOT ILS.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is $469.34 for each GOBOZOOM2 and $440 for each CODOT ILS. 

Prize details are provided at chauvetdj.com/giveaway. No cash alternative or other substitution will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize, in whole or in part, with one equal or greater value if necessary. Prizes are non-transferable. Limit one (1) prize per person. 

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION 

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur within one (1) business day following the end of the Promotion Period “January 6th, 2026. 

Winners will be notified via: 

• Instagram Stories (on CHAUVET DJ’s official Instagram account); and
• Email (to the address provided on the entry form.

Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond or comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS 

By participating, entrants agree to: 

• be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding;
• release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize; and rant permission for Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion should technical failures, fraud, or any other cause beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. 

PRIVACY 

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy and will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion. For more details, please review the CHAUVET DJ Privacy Policy at www.chauvetdj.com/privacy-policy. 

GOVERNING LAW 

All disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
